Description Position at SBM Management

SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine!  We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space.  Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.

Responsibilities:

VacuumingMoppingBonnetingExtraction (wet/dry)Strip & wax floorCarpet spot removalTransport equipment, tools and suppliesMove furniture before/after cleanCommunicate changes, progress or problem areas

Qualifications:

Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferredA drug test will be required3+ years of experienceMust be able to pass MVRMust be familiar with floor work (Carpet extraction, bonneting, stripping, waxing, etc.) 

Shift:
Sun-Wed 5:00am-3:30pm  

Sun-Wed 7:00pm-5:30am  

Wed-Sat 5:00am-3:30pm  

Wed-Sat 7:00pm-5:30am

Compensation: $16.30 - 16.80 per hour
