Description Position at SBM Management

SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine!  We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space.  Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.

Responsibilities

Vacuuming Mopping Bonneting Extraction (wet/dry) Strip & wax floor Carpet spot removal Transport equipment, tools and supplies Move furniture before/after clean Communicate changes, progress or problem areas

Qualifications

3+ years Floor Tech experience required Experience in the janitorial industry required,  Must be able to pass drug test and background check 

Shifts: 2nd shift

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
