Responsibilities What You'll Do: The Foreign Military Sales Analyst provides program support to include technical recommendations for the Japan C-130 contract. The position will be responsible for preparing meeting logistics, draft briefings, and utilizes the Microsoft Suite of tools, including Teams and SharePoint to assist the case manager with day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities: Perform critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provides recommendations to ensure program success. Provide program analysis for all aspects of the program Participates as a member of supports the overall Program and IPTs . Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules Applies policies and procedures for financial planning Plans and coordinates meeting venues as requested to include booking of conference facilities. Assist with organizing and running meetings for the team. Qualifications Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education: AS or AA degree Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct experience in a business or technical position. Other Requirements Security Clearance - Secret U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data system Desired Qualifications: Experience: One (1) year of FMS experience is desired. Skills & Technology Used Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Possesses both analytical and interpersonal skills. Good problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills/techniques. Business Partner/Effective Communicator: English language skills to communicate and negotiate with vendors. Strong communicator must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally. Ability to train, lead projects, direct employees. Customer service oriented, detail focused, pro-active behavior, multi-task capability. Software: Microsoft Office Suite Excel Outlook SharePoint Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment. The successful candidate's starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company. USD $57,000.00 – 64,000.00 Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
