FP&A Manager Job ID 161835 Posted 07-May-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance Location(s) Warsaw - Mazowieckie - Poland **Global Finance Manager** **Job Summary:** Manages a broad range of financial analysis and/or financial reporting activities to measure profitability for a region, line of business or large, complex client. Includes the management of such functions as budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, strategic planning and management reporting processes and work product. **Controllership Objectives and Tasks** + Monthly Flux regional reports + Monthly / Quarterly country BS review + Coordinate Audit requests between External / Internal Auditors and the country teams + Provide guidance and training on accounting treatment. **FP&A Objectives and Tasks** + Assist FP&A Lead to deliver monthly Client and Corporate P&L reporting across multiple regions including commentary and financial analysis. + Support the regional FDs to ensure alignment with Corporate team for monthly/quarterly reporting submissions, including communication with country finance teams to deliver on requests and requirements. + Work with FP&A Lead and regional FDs on monthly rolling forecasts and identify risks and opportunities in forward projections. + Assist the FP&A Lead in production of Client annual budget including planning process and communicating it to the client. + Work with Finance and Operational teams to agree budget / forecast timelines. + Assist with co-ordinating Budget/Forecast reviews, consolidate regional budget / forecast proposals for Global Head of Finance review. **Ad hoc analysis and project work** + Support the consolidation of ERP data to complete monthly reporting. + Maintain Client reporting structure changes + Assist in preparation of ad-hoc analytical requests from multiple stakeholders including the Global Head of Finance/Regional FDs / Operational teams. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a college or university in a business-related field. + Requires a minimum of six years related experience to include at least two years in a lead or supervisory capacity. + Ability to apply excellent written and verbal communication skills to accurately explain/report activity. + Strong organizational and analytical skills and work collaboratively with business partners, key employees, top management, and client groups on various projects. + Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). + Broad experience with other software and financial systems such as HFM, PeopleSoft or Cognos is desired but not a requirement. **We offer:** + Career in a multinational real estate company. + Opportunity to gain experience in a professional corporate environment with international exposure and various career path and progression opportunities (local and international). + Great work atmosphere. + 100% Home office possibility. + Private medical care pack. + Competitive benefit package (life insurance, sport & recreation allowance - Benefit system).
