FP&A Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented professional to join our organization as Manager of Venues FP&A. In this key role, you will lead analysis and forecasting of sales for our venues, providing critical insights and strategic guidance to our marketing, technology and operations teams. You will be responsible for analyzing sales performance, identifying trends, forecasting future sales, and driving data-driven decision-making to maximize short and long-term revenue growth.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Sales Strategy Optimization: Collaborate cross functionally to develop and refine sales strategies and tactic, and pricing models. Conduct analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and programs. Identify areas for improvement, provide insights on sales trends, and make recommendations to optimize sales strategies and maximize revenue growth.
+ Sales Analysis and Reporting: Lead the analysis of sales data, visit trends, and player metrics. Identify key insights, patterns, and trends to help drive strategic decision-making. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to cross functional teams.Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track and measure sales performance against targets and KPIs. Leverage data visualization tools and statistical analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends.Identify and communicate areas of opportunity and potential risks in our sales outlook.
+ Forecasting and Planning: Develop and oversee the sales budgeting and forecasting process for our owned and operated venues with a strong understanding of GAAP and working closely with our operations, technology, and marketing teams. Utilize historical data, market trends, and business intelligence to generate accurate revenue projections on both cash & GAAP basis.
+ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and technology, to gather data, align strategies, and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with these teams to integrate sales analysis and forecasting into overall business planning processes and drive alignment across the organization.
+ Team Leadership and Development: Provide strong leadership to sales analytics team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Set clear goals and objectives, provide guidance and mentorship, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative or technical field ( (e.g., math, data science, statistics, business) preferred.
+ 5 + years - Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales analysis, forecasting, or related roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and strong understanding of GAAP
+ 3 + years - Deep understanding of data analytics, including predictive modeling and statistical analysis
+ 2 + years - Experience building strategic communications for senior leadership
+ 1 + years - Prior hospitality or retail industry experience a plus, but not required
+ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect the dots on disparate pieces of reporting/analysis and formulate a cohesive understanding of business performance drivers that informs actionable plans and recommendations
+ Deep understanding of sales processes, sales metrics, and market dynamics. Familiarity with sales forecasting methodologies, market research, and competitive analysis. Experience in a sales-driven organization is preferred
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization
+ Proven track record of delivering results and achieving targets
