Fulfillment Center Customer Service Agent
Responsibilities: + Field incoming telephone calls and emails from customers, providing prompt and professional responses. + Communicate with customers via telephone and email regarding products, order details, and order status. + Assist customers with order tracking, shipment updates, and resolving concerns about delayed or missing packages. + Handle customer inquiries regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring compliance with company policies. + Retrieve items from inventory to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. + Prepare shipments by securely packaging items and labeling them for delivery according to company and carrier standards. + Document customer interactions, maintain records of issues, and update customer accounts as needed. + Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues effectively. Requirements: + Must have call center experience and distribution center experience. + Familiarity with order fulfillment, shipping processes, or inventory management is a plus. + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
