ARSIEM is currently looking for a Full Stack Developer. The position will support one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD.ResponsibilitiesWork on an interactive task management framework. Minimum Qualifications3+ (SD1) or 6+ (SD2) years of experience in programming, preferably in JavaScriptUnderstanding of the entire web development process, with an emphasis on front-end design and developmentSolid grasp of content management systems (e.g., Django) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., , )Ability to interpret and implement concepts from wireframesStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and mission customersWillingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problemsFlexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirementsAbility to gather requirements and design a solution with minimal oversightAbility to present a development plan and forecast deliverables
Software Developer IMinimum three (3) years in a commercial, government, or academic setting or four (4) years of academic experience developing with object-oriented programming languagesMinimum one (1) year experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio environment OR minimum one (1) year experience developing Unix applications using make files or comparable build environment, developing complex programs using C, C#, C++, Java, or other comparable languages Note: 1 year of development experience may be credited for appropriate coursework in Windows or Unix programming, completed as part of an awarded Bachelor's or Master's degree 
Software Developer IIMinimum eight (6) years of  experience programming with object-oriented programming languagesMinimum five (4) years of  experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (4) years of  experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environmentsExperience developing complex programs using C, C#, C++, Java, or other comparable languagesMinimum two (2) leading projects that develop complex software, ensuring a collaborative environment and configuration managementExperience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy)Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration. Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role? If you do, ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW (not in our resume database) candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position is $10,000,  and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we place within 12 months of referral.
