Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS to the marketplace by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through exciting merchandise presentations and executing operational strategies resulting in positive operating profits

 

What you can expect:

\n\tSales goal achievement.\n\tContinuously develop a personal trade through proactive sales techniques, client book use, and active client tracking and profiling.\n\tDemonstrate knowledge of how and when to close a sale.\n\tDemonstrate a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.\n\tUnderstand floor presence: Greeting, friendly posture, poise, image projection.\n\tKnow and understand basic communication skills.\n\tActively maintain a client book profile book.\n\tBe aware of annual, monthly, and daily sales goals.\n\tDemonstrate a general knowledge of alteration procedures.\n\tCreate a lasting, positive impression on customers.\n\tMaintain professional standards with customers, peers, and management.\n\tFollow through in all areas of commitments made to customers.\n\tMaintain up-to-date knowledge of customer service standards.\n\tProvide an “over and above” level of customer service.\n\tBe proactive in idea generation of how to better serve customers.\n\tInform customers of up-coming events.\n\tUnderstand and communicate return/exchange policies.\n\tAssist with re-merchandising as needed.\n\tBack stock maintenance.\n\tMaintain high levels of communication with sales associates, supports staff, managers, corporate personnel and customers.\n\tProfessional Dress attire (Uniform will be provided soon)\n\tMaintain high standards in personal grooming.\n\tParticipate in product knowledge seminars.\n\tDemonstrate a clear understanding of the newest product designs within the company and communicate that knowledge to the customer   Educate and inform the customer about various products and lifestyles of Hugo Boss.\n\tOpening Store Operations

Your profile:

\n\tBS College Degree preferred or equivalent experience\n\t1 - 2 years of Specialty Retail Management experience\n\tExcellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills\n\tDemonstrated strong customer service and communication\n\tIndependent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial\n\tStrong business acumen and interpersonal skills\n
