Pay ranges from $21 - $30 per hour depending on multiple factors, including specific location, individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.

In addition to the competitive pay, this role offers part-time benefits, including:

401K plus 4% employer contribution after first year of employment. Paid initial training and ongoing training. All benefits are subject to applicable plan documents and policies.

Responsibilities

Our teachers work in small groups with students at a 3 student to one teacher ratio. C2 Education offers teachers strong administrative and leadership support so they can focus solely on what matters: tutoring students. Our Center Directors and District Managers for each center take care of the scheduling and communication with parents.

Tutor students in small groups (3 students max). Tailor C2 Education’s proprietary curriculum on SAT, ACT, AP, and school subjects to students’ needs. Track and analyze student progress. Perform team-based activities as needed.
