1:4 call. 24/7 IM Hospitalists manage inpatients; call volumes are very low after 7pm; phone consults only

80% scopes, 20% clinic and very little inpatient work when on-call

Well-supported environment focused on patient access and satisfaction

Nurse practitioner and highly specialized endoscopy and clinic team

Providence is a non-profit organization that qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Formal mentorship/training program for new graduates

Competitive compensation package including generous relocation allowance, sign on and retention bonuses

Compensation is between $452,317 and $462,168 per year

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
