Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description

This position involves local work, allowing contractors to be home every night. The role primarily includes building forms, constructing walls and flatwork, shoveling dirt, and hauling rebar and panels. The work schedule is Monday to Friday starting at 6:30 AM.

ResponsibilitiesBuild forms for walls and flatwork.Assist with shoveling dirt and hauling materials such as rebar and panels.Perform general labor tasks related to construction and production.Essential SkillsExperience in forms and concrete work.Ability to finish concrete, perform flatwork, and construct concrete walls.Setting forms and handling rebar.Experience in foundation work.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 6 months experience in construction.Basic tools required: tool belt, tape measure, hammer, and rubber boots.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work on location involves exposure to weather conditions such as wind and rain. The role requires working within a crew of 5-7 people, with a potential work week of up to 70 hours. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, work pants, work shirt, hard hat, and safety glasses. The work hours are from 6:45 AM to 5 PM, with the option to start at the shop or job site, and occasional Saturday mornings. The shop is located at 3465 33rd St S, Fargo, ND.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
