Manually moving materials Cleaning and prepping site General site cleanup Moving debris Potentially using a variety of tools Helping carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors Working outdoors in different types of weather Adhering to safety standards Carrying and lifting heavy objects, as well as squatting, kneeling, bending, or crawling in different positions
