This prestigious role involves overseeing the main café and all retail outlets, managing marketing initiatives, POS solutions, employee training, discipline, attendance tracking, cleanliness, sanitation, product ordering, and inventory control. As a showcase account at our Client's headquarters, we require Best in Class service, innovation, collaboration, organization, and creativity. The ideal candidate will have experience with union accounts, proficiency in software systems and excellent communication skills to interact with superiors, chefs, peers, clients, customers, employees, and other departments.
