Job Description

Join a leading industry facility that supports both the bedding and automotive industries by creating essential components for mattresses and vehicles. As a Production Personnel on the night shift, you will play a key role in stacking and rolling products as they come off the line, preparing them for shipment.

ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery to ensure efficient production processes.Inspect products to maintain quality standards.Set up equipment and assemble components as needed.Package finished products for shipment.Interpret working instructions and follow production protocols.Essential Skills2+ years of manufacturing experience.Ability to stand on feet for the duration of the shift.Proficiency in interpreting working instructions.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in machine operation.Familiarity with blueprint reading.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work during night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM with a shift premium of 5% on your hourly wage. The facility encourages a team-oriented atmosphere focused on high-quality production and operational efficiency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.75/hr.
