Opportunity for high impact performer to develop and drive global strategies.  High visibility role that regularly interacts with procurement, engineering, quality, and product teams.  Position is based at our growing Headquarters-2 in Ann Arbor, MI.  Join a growing strategic supply chain team that directly impacts change across our global supply base and within KLA!

Develop and drive global strategic category strategies for Image Compute across all sitesDevelop and negotiate RFQ/RFP within the Image Compute categoryDrive negotiation process with supplier and relevant internal global stakeholders  Leads supply agreements & contracts management process for assigned categories/suppliersEvaluate HPC market and incorporate impact within global category and key supplier strategiesAssess all lead time drivers with critical suppliers & subcomponents to optimize global deliveriesDevelop and foster critical supplier relationships to ensure mutual strategies & deliverables are properly communicated and understood.  You will own the supplier relationship globallyPartner with Engineering teams to align the technology road map with critical suppliersLead the supplier performance process and coordinate quarterly business reviews with the executive teamDrive continuous improvement within category to enhance critical suppliers KPI’sIdentify supplier risk and develop global multi-functional mitigation plans to ensure supply chain resiliencyUnderstand computational processes and network architecture that support high bandwidth required for transferring large datasets. GPUs, FPGAs, Memory Systems and Networking

Minimum Qualifications

Proven technical, business, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsWork multi-functionally between internal global groups to achieve common business objectivesProfessional experience within the HPC industry or products is strongly preferredEducation:  Positions require a minimum of a BS Degree in a technical engineering field or equivalent; in addition, an MBA is preferredGlobal Supply Chain/Procurement of 10 years or 4 years of a relevant technical field with 4 years of Supply Chain/Procurement experience. The relevant technical specialties may include the following: technical sales, R&D engineering, program management or new product introductionOn-site presence at KLA Ann Arbor is required at least 3 days per week.Domestic and international travel is required (~25%)
