As a Global Intelligence & Travel Security Operations Center (GITSOC) Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Continuously monitor worldwide events in real-time through internal and external tools and platforms to identify developing real or potential threats, risk, safety and security incidents.Synthesizing data and compose accurate and timely communications, according to established procedures and templates, to notify relevant stakeholders (leadership, Regional Security Directors, employees, travelers, etc.)Supporting Enterprise Security leaders with communication and education efforts on group initiatives.Maintaining and committing to learning and maintaining company processes for key systems on emergency notification, travel security, security message communication, and other platforms as determined by business needs.Providing effective end user support on company travel security platforms and procedures. Contributing to tactical and/or strategic threat assessments for locations and/or events.Assisting company personnel in identifying and meeting requirements, and obtaining proper permissions, for proposed travel to high-risk locations. Serving as a point of contact for the intake and escalation of safety and security incidents as reported by company personnel and assets.Meeting annual Enterprise Security performance goals as determined by Enterprise Security leadership, including Crisis Management materials and other forms of support Completing shift change summaries and other necessary communications in a timely manner at the end of each working shift. Drafting and disseminate security messages to local personnel and/or travelers in collaboration with Enterprise Security leadership.Completing or contribute to products on an ad hoc basis as determined by Enterprise Security leadership.

To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor’s degree (and/or further education) including relevant coursework in Analytics, Business, Communications, History International Relations, Security, and/or related fields.Have experience with International SOS, Everbridge, and/or other security software vendor platforms.Be a critical thinker with demonstrated success meeting goals and deadlines when working both independently and within a group.Have a highly literate in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, OneDrive PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Viva Engage (previously Yammer)Have the ability to triage on multiple responsibilities and respond to emergency situations.Have cultural competency, critical thinking, and problem solving, including working in a remote and/or hybrid environment with colleagues across time zones.Have foreign language skills.Work in a way that works for you
