Global Product Support (GPS) Engineer II

Key Responsibilities

Participate in or own iLine and DUV ALTA upgrades and installations.Work with CEs and TSEs to own level 3 escalations, or work with Engineering to address issues identified.    Partner with engineering to review and address Top Field Issues.  Develop procedures to service new products.  Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate in product integration and final test.Develop and document procedures to install (start-up), retrofit and maintain the product (Technical Product Manuals)Develop new procedures, Service Notices (SNs), and troubleshooting guides as requiredDevelop initial training package for new products and work with Global Technical Training (GTT) to develop training class.  Train Customer Engineers (CEs), and Technical Support Engineers (TSEs).Identify new parts that require to be stocked by AGS and work with them to recommend stocking levels and locations

Applicant should be familiar with some of the following:

Windows, Unix, Linux, and VxWorks operating systemsTroubleshooting electronics and understanding schematicsUse of oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, and Time interval countersAligning UV and DUV laser and optics systemsServo tuningEnvironmental control systems (heat exchangers, pumps, PLCs, filters, purifiers)PhotolithographyData analysis and SPCMicrosoft excel

U.S. Salary Range:

$84,000.00 - $115,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
