Job Location: Hybrid (Ewing, NJ/Home Office)

Role Summary

This role is responsible for all aspects of Ops finance for GMG working closely with US and UK Ops finance.  Key point of contact for all key NPD value chain analysis and part of the vetting work flow.  Will work closely with GMG COE team to develop streamlined and standard process/forms to evaluate major launches or sourcing changes as it relates to GMG.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities                                              

Partners with GMG  CoE to develop and implement the  design of  the vetting process as it relates to finance

Key point of contact for all GMG major brand launches (acquisitions as well as NPD)  including providing profitability and  value chain analysis

Develops close partnership with Ops finance team and Ops/GMS  team

Manage efficiently the plan and forecast process around cogs, overhead, and distribution costs-  provides succinct analysis to regional teams to support planning/forecast process.

Manage efficiently the E&O and write off process and approves GMG related RIDs- monitors and aims to proactively support the commercial team on minimizing E&O/Write-off process.

Ad-hoc projects to support overall GMG Finance

Education and Experience                                                          

BA/BS degree from an accredited institution in finance/accounting; Master degree preferred.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting;  cost analysis/related experience preferred

International and consumer experience preferred

Skills and Competencies

Expert working knowledge of Power BI, SAP, Oracle EPM preferred

Expert working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint preferred

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills in all aspect of the business

Excellent communication skills,  interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Foreign language skills preferred
