The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Maintenance Controls/PLC Tech to work at our processing facility in Fort Myers, Fl. If you are: willing to contribute improvements and ideas to help continue the success of our facility; safety and quality orientated; and adaptable while working as part of a team, then you'll succeed with us. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

ResponsibilitiesPerforms advanced level preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to all production, processing and plant equipment, including: mechanical systems, pneumatic components, electrical controls, and circuits.Uses sophisticated knowledge and understanding of Allen Bradley PLCs, HMI, VFDs and other automated controls to ensure plant equipment is functioning properly.Troubleshooting applications (typically for Emerson and Allen Bradley motion control platforms) that implement simple to moderately complex motion control systems using ladder logic.Configure, calibrate and troubleshoot both simple and complex devices to include but not limited to flow transmitters, temperature transmitters and pressure transducers.Resolve both hardware and software related problems with HMI systems as issues with individual software packages arise.Can operate simple shop equipment (i.e., drills, saws, grinders, and sanders).QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalency; trade school also acceptable.Extensive experience with PLC programming (Allen Bradley preferred), servo motors, device networks, and reading electrical schematics.Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment preferred.High level of interpersonal effectiveness.Intermediate digital literacy.Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life InsuranceHealth Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account401K with company matchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysParental LeaveEmployee Assistance ProgramNumerous elective benefits: Supplemental Life, Legal Services, Pet InsuranceEmployee Discounted Programs: Product Purchase, Home/Auto Insurance and multiple brand name product and servicesAbout Us
