We own the largest entertainment and advertising network inside Uber and Lyft vehicles, and we will be growing rapidly in the months and years to come. The Growth Marketing Manager will be integral to this mission, overseeing a variety of organic growth methods, numerous paid media campaigns, special promotions, and much more. Craft strategic plans to execute on aggressive growth marketing goals.Create, film, and edit high-quality video content for advertisements and social media.Manage and optimize paid media campaigns running on the web and social media using proprietary advanced targeting techniques.Track and analyze the performance of our marketing efforts against our business KPIs to provide strategic insights on campaign optimizations and future marketing initiatives.Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.Develop and enhance our current partnerships through collaboration with industry influencers and businesses to create innovating marketing partnerships that drive brand growth.Enhance our driver referral program to expand our network of drivers and capitalize on our highly satisfied driver network, proven by our industry-leading net promoter score.Stay up to date with the latest video marketing trends, tools, and platforms to ensure we remain competitive in the market.

3+ years of experience in a growth marketing roleFamiliarity with Meta, TikTok, and Google AnalyticsProven experience in video production, filming, and editingKnowledge of paid media marketing, including a deep understanding of the evolving privacy landscapeBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or collegeAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United States.
