We’re growing, transforming and building a world-class marketing organization! Join us, in our fast-paced environment, as our next Growth Marketing Manager to plan and deliver the regional marketing programs for new logo acquisition and customer engagement to grow our business in the Americas. You’ll work closely with product and editorial to tailor relevant content for our target segments: investors, banks, lawyers and consultancies. You’ll also work closely with your marketing partners in brand, product marketing, events and digital as you bring your programs to market. Plus, you’ll act as the marketing business partner to regional commercial teams in the Americas.

Responsibilities

Strategize and create integrated marketing campaigns for the Americas region; drive awareness in the market, build trust with our audience, generate true demand amongst our ICPs and ultimately generate sales-ready leads for the commercial teams Develop and scale our ABM program while planning, organizing, and implementing targeted, end-to-end campaigns for key accounts and contacts Engage with commercial and editorial teams to plan and execute content webinars Manage industry partnerships including content marketing and event sponsorship Collaborate across the organization to plan and market high quality events Leverage marketing analytics and data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing performance, and inform strategic decisions Stay on top of industry trends and technologies, making recommendations and launching new channels and campaigns where appropriate

Qualifications

Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, previous experience working at a start-up or high-growth firm, a plus BA/ BS degree with minimum 5 years account-based marketing, marketing automation, and demand generation campaign experience in a B2B software company  Proven track record of creating and executing account-based marketing and nurture campaigns to penetrate accounts, nurture leads, progress opportunities, and accelerate closing Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot), social media tools (Hootsuite), CRM campaign planning and reporting (Salesforce), website content management (Wordpress), webinars (e.g., Zoom, ON24), event management (e.g., Cvent, Splash) Hands-on, advanced experience with ABM tools (e.g., Madison Logic, Demandbase, 6sense)  You understand the relationship between the metrics that drive success & you obsess over how to leverage and improve the primary drivers of ROI You believe in constant iteration: You constantly find ways to improve campaigns, tweak assumptions, and bring ideas on how to do so Desirable to have credit or finance experience, useful to have media, data or technology industry experience

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels, then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.

The salary range estimate for this position is $110,000 - $120,000. 

The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
