The primary role of the Habilitation Specialist (HS) is to work alongside the people we support in order to help them to achieve their Personal Outcomes. This includes working with them to develop daily living, professional and informed decision making skills while also supporting their health and safety. The HS is also responsible for providing supervision and support to the Day Services Direct Support Professionals.

Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent requiredMinimum of one year experience in a related fieldValid New York Driver's License and meets the criteria to be an agency driver
