The Global Head of Amdocs Quality Engineering (AQE) builds, leads and develops teams to achieve business unit goals in terms of booking, revenue, profitability, operations and delivery.

What will your job look like? Set business objectives and targets to ensure success. You will answer the call to integrate various Amdocs business plans within AQE.Identify and build opportunities for new testing services and markets as well as encourage innovative quality engineering and testing methodologies.Gain full grasp of the business challenges in the related domains including market trends, future technologies, competition and partners as well as compelling events that may affect the customer's current and future business growth.Inclusive leadership of 3000+ people (including matrix reporting). Accepting the challenge to attract, develop and retain talent and encourage collaboration between teams. Discover and develop an innovative mentality to achieve goals and support qualified risk taking.Build open lines of communication and develop processes and programs, that will encourage a multi-cultural team to achieve unit goals. Drive organizational integrity and assure excellent delivery across all regional engagements by enabling and promoting standard tools and practices used in the organization as well as drive out-of-the-box solutions that include introducing improvements to further build positive efficiency across operations.All you need is...
