As a leader on the Strategic Industries Automotive and Manufacturing team, you will lead a senior team of Enterprise Applications Migration and Modernization Specialists who work with our most strategic Auto and Manufacturing customers to accelerate their cloud journey. Your team provides critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap, and you will work closely with our partner network to build a partner ecosystem supporting our customers’ goals.
Key job responsibilities
• Hire, on-board, coach, and develop new Specialists from internal and external sources.
• Develop mechanisms, and tools that enable fast engagement with customers and track key metrics, and KPIs for your team.
• Build and leverage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to further the adoption of AWS services in the market.
• Lead a Customer Obsessed business that delights our customers and aids in their innovation.
• Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM strategies to achieve customer outcomes.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS specialist community
• Guide and motivate the development of whitepapers, data sheets, and other high-value customer facing guidance and best practices.
• Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support.
• Travel up to 30% of the time.
