We are seeking a mission-driven professional with a Secret Clearance, A + Certification and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Support Specialist for the federal government to join our contract in Rome, NY.\n\n\n

A week in the life of a Help Desk Support Specialist, Tier I:\n\nUse software systems engineering and applications skillsets to execute resolutions for service restoral to include \"root cause\" analysis reporting.\nUtilize knowledge of PC, servers, Microsoft applications, and associated hardware to simulate and recreate user problems and providing the ability to handle all Tier One issues.\n\n

Job Requirements\n\n\n\n\n\nSecret security clearance required\nMinimum of 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Specialist\nHigh School Diploma Required\nMinimum of an A+ Certification, Sec+ preferred.\n\n
