We are seeking a motivated and reliable Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely handling palletized inventory, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and using RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Rate: $20–$23 (Based on Experience)
Schedule:

Sunday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

What You'll Do

Operate stand-up forklifts to store and retrieve palletized goods

Use RF scanners to track inventory, weights, and product condition

Load and unload materials on pallets and skids

Complete daily equipment checks and perform basic battery maintenance

Ensure all material handling equipment is properly charged and stored

Preferred Experience

Stand-Up Forklift operation

Forklift certification/experience

Experience using RF scanning systems

Basic math skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions

Comfortable working in extreme temperatures:

Cold storage: as low as -20°F
(PPE and freezer gear provided)

Ability to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg)

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

Comfortable with varying noise levels

Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40
