Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking experienced and compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our team at our Kaneohe facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a healthcare professional at our senior care facility, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our residents and ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $42 per hour, paid weekly.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences


Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with personal care tasks
- Create and update care plans for each resident, and ensure that they are followed by all staff members
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents' health status
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate parties
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and facility policies and procedures
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

Requirements:
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Hawaii
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or similar setting
- Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
