Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking full-time NAs/CNAs for our Liliha and Kane'ohe facilities. In this role, you will provide compassionate care to our senior clients, assisting them with daily tasks and helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of older adults while working in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, our employees are paid weekly and may be eligible for benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions
Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Help clients with mobility and transfer assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, as needed
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Document and report any changes in client's health or behavior
- Communicate with clients' families and healthcare team on a regular basis
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Active Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (NA/CNA) certification in the state of Hawaii
- At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical record systems
- Must pass a background check and drug test
