The Inpatient Center Home Health Aide, under the supervision of the appropriate professional staff, is responsible for providing personal care that assists the patient/caregiver in the achievement of optimal physical and emotional comfort at the Good Shepherd Hospice Inpatient Center in Rockville Centre, NY. The ideal candidate will have a prior Home Health Aide experience and will demonstrate basic understanding and commitment to the hospice concept of care for the terminally ill.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of one year experience as a Home Health Aide required Must possess a valid NY State Home Health Aide Certification

 The pay for this position ranges from $18.00-$21.00 per year.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
