Housekeeper
Overview Providing routine and special cleaning services throughout the community in an effort to promote a progressive customer service culture. About You Minimum of 1 year's experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field is preferred. Skills in operating housekeeping equipment and tools. Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies. Ability to read and understand label. Actively participate in the department’s standard training program to become increasingly skilled in your area of focus. Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and co-workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner. Clean respective areas as assigned. Provide routine housekeeping services for guests and residents of the community. Provide special housekeeping duties and deep cleanings of resident apartments. Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and act in a calm manner in the event of an emergency. Perform other duties as assigned.
