Luther Woods Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a FULL TIME EVENING Housekeeping/Maintenance Assistant to join our team.

Qualifications of Housekeeping/Maintanence Assistant:

High school diploma or GED Experience is preferred Must be at least 18 years old Must be available to work weekends and holidays Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication Possess organizational and time management skills Ability to work a flexible schedule and handle multiple priorities

Responsibilities of Housekeeping/Maintenance Assistant:

Follows Housekeeping and Maintenance procedures Displays specialized skills in at least one of more of the following building trades: plumbing; electrical; carpentry; HVAC; fire protection or mechanical Possess a general understanding of OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations.  Cleans Residents Room and bathrooms Cleans and Polishes common areas Additional duties as requested
