Overview

Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a detail-oriented Houseperson to assist our Housekeeping team in providing a clean, luxurious experience for our guests. In this position, the Houseperson will be tasked with maintaining organization and cleanliness in the back of the house and assisting housekeeping with daily operations.

Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest and back-of-house facing areas to hotel standardsRetrieve and deliver special request items made by guestsInteract positively and professionally with all guestsMaintain the quality and consistency of guests’ experiences through proper maintenance and cleaning of specified areasProvide set-up for special eventsWork collaboratively with other departments to create a relaxing environment for guests Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance in an upper-scale hospitality environment preferredExcellent organizational and time management skillsAble to efficiently problem-solve guests’ requests in a professional and timely mannerExcellent presentation and grooming standardsDetail-oriented with a passion for providing an elevated experience for guestsAble to withstand various physical activities throughout the work day Highgate Hotels, L.P. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains the policy of recruiting and retaining the best-qualified personnel who demonstrate the ability to perform competently and work well with others.
