Summary: Seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage talent acquisition for a mission-oriented organization.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

A minimum of five years of prior human resource management experience

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws

Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS

Preferred Skills:

Human Resources certification credentials (SHRM or HRCI)

Prior HR experience in a non-profit or mission-oriented organization

Responsibilities:

Lead the HR team in hiring and talent acquisition processes

Oversee compensation and benefits plans to ensure competitiveness and equity

Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations affecting the workplace

Provide direct supervision to HR team members

 

Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
