We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Georgetown, Kentucky. In this role, you will play a key part in recruiting for manufacturing operations across multiple shifts, onboarding new hires, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for employee relations and organizational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for first, second, and third-shift manufacturing roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Oversee onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively into the organization.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, including I-9 verification and FMLA requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address employee relations issues and provide resolution strategies.
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, leveraging systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to efficiently manage and track recruitment activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of HR processes and maintain organized records.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
• Support HR initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR generalist role or a related field.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, including FMLA and I-9 verification processes.
• Experience managing recruitment for manufacturing or similar environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with employees and leadership.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools is a plus.
