What we’re looking for:
Iodine Software is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the People Operations team by performing a variety of generalist level tactical, administrative and programmatic tasks. This position will report directly to the Director, Human Capital Management and will work closely with all of the People Operations team and various cross-functional partners. 

What you’ll do: Support all core People Operations disciplines including HR operations, talent acquisition, people business partnerships, learning & development, total rewards and employee communications & engagement. Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting the Recruiting team with job requisition management, coordinating interviews logistics, coordinating and ensuring completion of necessary documents, materials and information. Perform and manage administrative tasks along the employee lifecycle in onboarding, offboarding, HR transactions, reporting, preparation of documents and materials, etc. Will coordinate and lead onsite & virtual employee engagement and communication efforts such as orientations, employee events, communication materials, training materials in partnership with the People Leadership team and cross-functional teams Maintains and responds to external and internal employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures Maintains internal and external HR resources for the People Operations team and organization such as wikis, sites, knowledge bases, etc. Assist in the preparation of HR materials such as documents, presentation decks, metric reports, employee engagement materials, etc.   Assist with other HR projects and initiatives for all member of the People Operations team as needed
What we’d love to see: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required 3 years of solid human resource generalist experience required. Experience working at an organization in the transformation and growth phase is highly preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in their work Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and various HR related software Experience working within various HR info systems.
