HR Technology Lead
Job Summary

The HR Tech Lead is responsible for system administration of Workday, managing change requests, leading HR Tech on projects, and being a technical subject matter expert. The HR Tech Lead will work closely with the HR business partners, HR operations, and IT teams to ensure the optimal performance and functionality of Workday and other HR systems.
 

Key ResponsibilitiesBe the global lead on behalf of the HR function for Workday HCMPerform system administration tasks for Workday, such as configuration, security, testing, data validation, and troubleshooting.Manage change requests for Workday HCM to support business requirements and enhancements.Partner with COEs on business needs, such as annual HR programs, other HR initiatives and ad hoc requests.Develop and conduct data integrity audits and ensuring the accuracy of data within Workday systems.Lead projects related to Workday HCM, such as integrations and migrations, working with global cross-functional teams.Provide technical guidance and support to the HR team and other key stakeholders on Workday HCM and related HR systems / integrations. Identify process improvements wherever possible.Monitor and ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and quality standards for Workday HCM.Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in HR technology and Workday.
 Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, human resources, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in Workday system administration, configuration, and integration.Strong knowledge of Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting.Experience in managing HR system projects, such as enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.Detailed orientation with a focus on data accuracy and system integrityExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Certification in Workday or other HR systems is a plus.
