The HR Tech Lead is responsible for system administration of Workday, managing change requests, leading HR Tech on projects, and being a technical subject matter expert. The HR Tech Lead will work closely with the HR business partners, HR operations, and IT teams to ensure the optimal performance and functionality of Workday and other HR systems.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, human resources, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in Workday system administration, configuration, and integration.Strong knowledge of Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting.Experience in managing HR system projects, such as enhancements, upgrades, and migrations.Detailed orientation with a focus on data accuracy and system integrityExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Certification in Workday or other HR systems is a plus.
