Human Capital - Recruitment Analyst (TS/SCI with Polygraph & Onsite Required)

Work you’ll do 

As the Human Capital Business Intelligence Analyst you will:

Support a work stream focused on Program and Process Improvement for the organization’s Talent Acquisition Office.Execute the applicant process – this includes, but is not limited to, serving as applicant advisor, processing conditional offers of employment (COE’s) processing all pre-employment and EOD paperwork, and executing workflows within the HR Information System. Additionally, responsibilities include implementing processes designed to improve the overall applicant experience.Developing and maintaining the hiring timeline dashboard requires the analysis of the hiring process and timeline.Communicating this analysis to the client to keep them informed on bottlenecks and process challenges identified through analysis.Work with process owners to analyze current trends, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations that will generate positive impact to their processes and timelines.

Qualifications 

Required: 

Bachelor’s degree required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Experience with Data Quality managementExperience with the Pre-Employment Screening ProcessExperience with HR OperationsExperience with Applicant ProcessingExperience with Data Analysis (ET)Experience with Microsoft AccessExperience with Tableau or Dashboard Development
