We have a client in the greater Los Angeles area looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. HR Generalist will play a key role in providing comprehensive HR Support in various area, including employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. 

Job Title: Human Resource Generalist 

Pay Range - $30.00 - $35.00

Work Days - Monday - Friday 

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm 

Key Responsibilities:  Training and Development; identify training needs and coordinate employees training and development programs New hire orientation; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement Employee Relations; ability to manage relationships between employers and employees, creating and maintaining a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring fair treatment and promoting a culture of mutual respect and collaboration.  Compliance and Policy Administration; Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectivelyQualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role Knowledge of HR best practices and employee laws Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solviing and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS System ??????#HSSB
