WHAT YOU WILL DO

Onboarding Facilitator:

\n\nProvide, assist with, and coordinate all new hire paperwork.\nEnsure a warm welcome to our organization.\nProvide weekly orientation for remote and on-site new hires.\n\n

Candidate Experience Champion:

\n\nCoordinate all candidate and panel interview schedules, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.\nServe as a friendly and informative liaison between candidates and our talent acquisition team.\n\n

Data Maven & Administrative Dynamo:

\n\nUtilize HR Systems: Dayforce, Taleo, Ceridian, bswift, i-Buy, IQS, and more!\nGenerate monthly headcount reports and HR key performance indicators (KPIs).\nYour insights will drive strategic decisions and enhance our workforce planning.\nAssist the HR team with various administrative tasks:\nCoordinate and schedule all exempt and non-exempt interviews\nCompany communications\nInvoice processing.\nPurchase orders.\n\n

 Employee Records Keeper:

\n\nMaintain and update employee changes in our HR system and physical files.\nAccuracy and confidentiality are your superpowers.\n\n
