Description
Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is looking for an experienced and people-centric HR Manager to lead human resources functions and drive strategic HR initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
+ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and promote organizational growth.
+ Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
+ Ensure legal compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations, including EEO, ADA, FLSA, and other labor laws.
+ Oversee employee performance management processes, including reviews, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related matters, fostering a supportive and inclusive work culture.
+ Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs to build a motivated and cohesive workforce.
+ Analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR functions and address skills or performance gaps.
+ Lead compensation strategy development and administer competitive benefits and payroll processes.
+ Stay current with industry trends and labor laws to ensure HR policies are effective and forward-thinking.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree or HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a strong plus.
+ 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, including a leadership role.
+ Comprehensive understanding of HR compliance, regulations, and best practices.
+ Proficiency in HRIS platforms and other management systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paychex).
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and leadership.
+ Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.
+ Experience in facilitating diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives is preferred.
+ Demonstrated track record in managing employee relations, recruiting, and retention programs.
+ Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
