Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in the mortgage industry. Based in Santa Ana, California, you will be instrumental in handling a variety of HR-related tasks, with a strong focus on compliance, employee relations, and hiring processes. Responsibilities: • Manage the use of financial services software, including ADP and Ceridian, to facilitate HR operations • Implement and oversee the Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) for efficient data transfer • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the mortgage industry • Foster strong employee relations, acting as a point of contact for any concerns or disputes • Oversee the hiring process, from candidate selection to onboarding • Utilize HCM to manage and optimize human capital within the organization • Oversee benefits functions to ensure all employees are informed about their entitlements • Maintain clear and effective communication lines within the organization • Use ADP Workforce Now for efficient payroll and HR management • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Requirements • Proven experience in the mortgage industry. • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for HR management. • Demonstrated knowledge of ADP Workforce Now. • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. • Experience with Ceridian HR software. • Understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM). • Ability to manage and oversee benefit functions. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Knowledge of legal standards and compliance in HR. • Experience in managing employee relations. • Proficiency in developing and implementing hiring processes.
