Responsibilities:
• Craft, lead, and develop the HR department while executing its functions aligned with
the company's goals and objectives
• Manage the full employee life cycle, included but not limited to recruitment, training and
development, onboarding, performance and talent management, compensation,
benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, productivity,
recognition, offboarding, and employee relations
• Design, manage, and implement policies, SOPs, training, initiatives, and surveys to
support the company's human resources compliance and strategy needs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and implement
best practices in HR policies and procedures
• Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring
and talent management
• Collaborate with senior leaders to understand the company's talent needs and develop
programs to attract, retain, and develop employees
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues,
including performance management, employee relations, and compensation and
benefits
• Oversee employee engagement programs and initiatives, and measure their
effectiveness
• Drive cultural initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment
• Manage the HR budget and allocate resources effectively
• Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and
updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing
organization values
• Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities of employees
• Ensure payroll information is submitted timely and accurately to the accounting
department and coordinate with payroll on special bonuses, salary increases, etc.
