Installation of all types of HVAC-Refrigeration equipment in a safe and acceptable manner. Install electrical wiring and control wiring as necessary. Properly design and size an HVAC&R system. Install and repair duct work. Utilize proper filtration. Troubleshoot and repair, or replace HVAC&R components as necessary. Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment. Perform indoor air quality testing. Utilize safe working practices. Assist with snow removal. Respond to after hour emergencies as required; Carry and respond to a departmental pager as necessary. Perform clerical tasks related to the position, (EPA regulations) as required and necessary. Assist with other maintenance tasks and duties as necessary and required.
