What will you do

Diagnose and address the customer’s HVAC concerns and present options to customers Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer’s satisfaction.Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipmentAcquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC serviceCompletes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the officeAttend weekly training meetings Qualifications

What do you need

A high school diploma or GEDMinimum of two years of experience preferred in residential HVAC ServiceEPA CertificateAttention to detailValid Driver’s license, excellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to raise, manipulate and maneuver tools, components and materials and handle a variety of items, equipment, control knobs, switches, etc.Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds to include duct work, furnaces or materials
