**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician** **Job Description** The Commercial HVAC Service Technician role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings such as offices, retail stores, and other business establishments. The technician will utilize blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot and maintain preexisting HVAC units. **Responsibilities** + Regularly inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly. + Diagnose and troubleshoot any malfunctions in HVAC systems. + Repair or replace faulty parts in HVAC systems. + Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance. + Ensure HVAC systems are energy efficient and comply with safety and environmental standards. **Essential Skills** + 1-5 years of HVAC service experience in commercial or residential settings. + OSHA 10 or EPA Certifications. + Valid license and reliable transportation. + Proficiency in troubleshooting, sheet metal work, and preventive maintenance. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + HVAC knowledge. + Mechanical aptitude. + OSHA and EPA certifications. **Why Work Here?** Employees will enjoy opportunities for additional training and education while working with the company.
