Seneca offers weekly individual and group supervision towards licensure hours, free CEUs, free trainings to improve clinical skills, and yearly scholarship opportunities for professional development.

 

The Social Worker / Therapist plays a central role in bringing stability and hope to the youth and families we serve. As a valued member of our dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will foster collaboration among all involved parties to achieve stability for youth and families, provide direct clinical services and care coordination, and maintaining detailed treatment plans and assessments.

 

ABOUT KAISER WRAPAROUND

This Kaiser Wraparound program is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and Seneca Family of Agencies, providing behaviorally focused mental health services to children and families. The program aims to provide children and their families with the support and services they need for children to maintain the lowest level of care possible and avoid out of home placements (group homes, juvenile hall, and hospitalization). Team members work with children and families providing services almost exclusively in the community: in families’ homes, schools, other community locations.

Responsibilities Conduct weekly client and caregiver meetings to support treatment goals, provide psychoeducation, and coordinate care with providersForm Child and Family teams comprising of natural supports for treatment planning and ongoing supportCultivate engagement with community members, Kaiser partners, and other providers for comprehensive supportIdentify engagement needs for each youth and family, collaborating with Wraparound team members to establish connectionsIntervene in clients' behavior management programs as necessaryProvide individual or family therapy as neededParticipate in a 24-hour on-call support line systemEngage in individual and/or group supervision sessionsServe as the clinical leader for respective caseloads within the wraparound program Qualifications

Required:

Master’s degree in Psychology/Counseling/Social WorkRegistered with California BBS as: ASW, AMFT, APCC, or fully licensedFlexible schedule with the ability to work some evenings and weekend hours as neededBe part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled ahead of timeMust be at least 21 years of ageOwn vehicle, California driver’s license and auto insuranceTB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirementsMust show proof of Covid-19 vaccination
