Description/Job Summary Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., overtime as needed. Job Summary: Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems. Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support. Lend support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data management. Basic Qualifications: + Must be currently pursuing a degree in computer science or another related field. + Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite. + Must possess strong verbal and written communication. + Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills. + Must possess basic computer skills. + Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently. + Must be willing to work unsupervised and with others.
