Detailed Job Summary

·         Approach each interaction with guests with a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the entire dining experience.

·         Promptly and accurately deliver Room Service orders to the appropriate rooms, ensuring the food is presented beautifully and meets the guests' expectations.

·         Assist in garnishing and decorating dishes before serving guests, as well as performing tasks such as ladling soup, tossing salads, portioning pies and desserts, and brewing coffee, based on our hotel's specific practices and size.

·         Remain attentive and responsive to guests' needs during the delivery process, addressing any requests or concerns promptly and courteously.

·         Complete all assigned side work duties to support the smooth operation of the Room Service department, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workflow.

·         Report gratuities received following company guidelines and in compliance with federal regulations to maintain transparency and integrity.

·         Ensure compliance with any requirements set forth by the ABC board, adhering to alcohol service regulations when delivering alcoholic beverages to guests' rooms.

·         If the use of a golf cart is required for delivering room service orders, possess a valid driver's license and adhere to safe driving practices.

·         Be a team player and be willing to assist in other positions within the restaurant, such as hosting, food running, or buffet attending, when needed, to support the overall operation and foster a collaborative work environment.
