Industrial Automation Outside Sales

As a part of Power-Flo Technologies' Outside Sales team, you will guide your customers through the selection of automation solutions dedicated to improving manufacturing and machine performance. You will be responsible for all sales of all products and services within the assigned territory (and/or within assigned accounts).

Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000/year + commission package

Industrial Automation Outside Sales Responsibilities

Schedule outside appointments with existing customers to review applications requirements, and uncover new opportunitiesGenerate and develop new business to increase revenue, through prospecting activities, including cold callingEffectively liaison between the company and customers for all ongoing account management activities including; quotations, pricing, delivery, technical support, service and new product and promotional releasesEstablish and maintain up to date knowledge on new products, procedures, services and tools by successfully completing all training activities as neededDetermine customer requirements in order to recommend specific products, solutions, or servicesTarget Account Planning and ExecutionPrepare and execute effective sales presentations and demonstrations of productsAnnual sales forecast and executionAttend conferences and trade showsAll other duties as assigned from time to time.


What You Bring to the Industrial Automation Outside Sales Role:

Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated sales success and technical knowledge of industrial control and automation applications, products, and servicesAt least 2 years of business to business sales experienceDesire to grow business through outside sales appointmentsTrack record of success and achievement as a sales representativeConsistently identify new sources of businessMaintain high productivity and standardsStrong negotiation and communication skillsStrong technical aptitude of products Commitment to quality Valid Driver's License to travel to customers
