Industrial Painter - 2nd Shift

Our client, one of the world's largest materials groups seeking an Industrial Painter to join their team. In this role, you will be a part of the production department supporting the finishing line operations. The ideal candidate will be able to train on day shift before moving to mid/second shift.
**Job Title:** Industrial Painter
**Location:** Strongsville, OH
**Pay Range:** $18.50 - $24.50/hour (Pay level will be assessed at the time of the interview)
**Shift** : 11am - 7:30pm; Train on 1st.
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate and maintain spray stain applications using paint sprayers.
+ Change and maintain paint/spray pumps to ensure optimal performance.
+ Program system commands via HMI interfaces to enhance production efficiency.
+ Support the finishing line during downtime by loading and unloading materials.
+ Be available for overtime during the week and weekends as needed to meet company demand.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience with spray stain applications and paint sprayers.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and maintain paint/spray pumps.
+ Familiarity with HMI interfaces for programming system commands.
+ Willingness to work a 2nd shift schedule, with potential adjustments.
+ Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
+ HSD or GED
